Mitutoyo CRYSTA-APEX EX 1200R Standard CNC CMM
The CRYSTA-Apex EX 1200R series is an advanced CNC CMM equipped with the REVO 5-axis scanning probe head. The 5-axis operation allows for faster probe movements and measurements.
The 5-axis operation on the REVO-equipped Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex EX 1200 R CNC CMM reduces the time required for probe repositioning movements for faster measurements. This also facilitates access to complex workpieces, saving time during programming and measuring. The ultra-high speed 5-axis scanning greatly surpasses conventional 3-axis control, supporting high-speed sampling of up to 4,000 points per second. The internal implantation of laser sensing technology ensures high-accuracy measurement even with long styli.
