Description
 
The CRYSTA-Apex V1200/1600/2000 series are large sized (starting at 1.2M/47.24″), high-performance, high-accuracy CNC CMMs priced competitively while meeting and exceeding global standards. Vibration is minimized during high-speed, high-acceleration movement.
 
 
Features
 
The Mitutoyo standard CRYSTA-Apex V1200 CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine contains various structures built-in to the design which provides higher rigidity in the body. Air bearings located on the slider unit of the X-axis, minimize vibration during high-speed, high-acceleration movements, ensuring stable linear motion.
  • Measurement uncertainty remains within one-fifth of the dimension tolerance up to 766 mm
  • Provides more than double the effective measuring range in terms of accuracy-guarantee capability
  • Integrated Y-axis guide rail shows very little deterioration with use and maintains high accuracy for longer durations
  • Temperature compensation guarantees accuracy within the range of 16 to 26°C (60.8 to 78.8°F) without a temp-controlled room
