Delivery Methods & Timing


Shipping charges are as follows:
  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM15.00
  • East Malaysia: RM25.00
Shipment will be processed once payment receipt is confirmed. Delivery time will be according to the time stated in each product starting from the payment confirmation. Once your item is shipped, shipping notification with courier tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address. Items will be sent via GDEX courier service which will take approximately 3 - 5 working days upon shipping notification to receive the items.

For self-collection method (zero shipping charge), you are welcomed to collect the items upon receiving payment confirmation at our office as follows:

Product Warranty

General Warranty

Most of our products are warranted for one (1) year limited to manufacturing defects only but excludes consumables, sensors and accessories.

Temperature sensors/probes are warranted for six (6) months limited to manufacturing defect(s) only. This warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, mishandling, improper storage, repair/service/modification not performed by Muser, or using the product outside its intended uses.

The above warranty conditions may differ among brands that we carry. For brand-specific warranty, please refer to the warranty statements listed below:

Warranty for Testo Products
 
Testo issues a worldwide warranty with a time limit on all of its products in accordance with the following listed warranty conditions.
 
Please refer to the documentation enclosed with the product for information about the respective valid warranty times.
 
Testo issues the warranty from the date of the first purchase. The warranty covers all material and manufacturer faults.
 
Faults occurring during the warranty time will be rectified by Testo, its authorised sales subsidiaries or authorised dealers in accordance with the following conditions and without charge for labour and material costs.
 
Either the defective components will be replaced with new spare parts or the entire product will be replaced according to Testo’s estimation.
 
The following are excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty:
  • Wear parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries/batteries, measuring cells, printing mechanisms) and consumables (e.g. printer paper).
  • Damage caused by:
    • use contrary to the intended purpose or failure to observe the instruction manual and/or the safety instructions,
    • lack of care, accidents or normal wear,
    • external influences (e.g. damage during transport, damage caused by vibration, excess heat, water, moisture or acids),
    • use of unsuitable accessories.

This warranty expires if:
  • the type or serial number of the product is changed, deleted, removed or made illegible
  • repairs or modifications are undertaken by third parties or unauthorised persons.

This warranty covers none of the following items:
  • regular maintenance and repairs or the replacement of parts due to normal wear,
  • the costs of packaging and transport,
  • transport risks incurred directly or indirectly in connection with this warranty,
  • the costs of repairs, adjustments or similar measures taken beyond the extent of this warranty.

In the case of a warranty claim, please consult us. Enclose a brief description of the fault and the purchase receipt, indicating the delivery and purchase dates, together with the product. Please also give us your mobile number and email for any inquiries.
 
Warranty repairs do not extend the period of warranty.
 
Further claims of any kind against Testo such as commercial transformation, price reduction or compensation will not be processed.



Warranty for Comark Products

 
Each Comark product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period is one (1) year, unless otherwise stated, and the warranty period begins on the date of shipment. Temperature probes are warranted for six (6) months.
 
The warranty extends only to the original buyer or end-user of a Comark authorized reseller. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accidental breakage, negligence, defects caused by modifications, repair and servicing not made or authorised by Comark Instruments, damage caused by handling, operating, storing, or using the product outside the intended uses described by our product literature. Disposable batteries are also exempt from warranty.
 
Warranties on dishwasher safe models apply only where the product has been used or cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.  Comark Instruments products are not suitable for use or cleaning in domestic dishwashers.
 
Comark’s warranty obligation is limited, at Comark’s option, to refund of the purchase price, free of charge repair, or replacement of a defective product returned within the warranty period. Products must be returned to Comark or one of Comark’s authorized service agents.
 
This warranty is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Comark shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses, including loss of data, whether arising from breach of warranty or based on contract, tort, reliance or any other theory. Since some countries or states do not allow limitation of the term of an implied warranty, or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the limitations and exclusions of this warrant may not apply to every buyer.
 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges are permitted if the item you purchased is defective within our warranty period. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +603-2742 7468 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon our receipt of your purchased item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the item and ship back to you. If you are not entitled to a replacement, or the item is found to be working normally, you will be charged with service and shipping fees before the item is shipped back to you.
